313 Franklin Cocktails & Kitchen is South Hill's trendiest bar and restaurant. Serving Lunch and Dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Switching up old traditions, 313 seamlessly blends old and new cuisine to form a completely new taste in our vibrant little town. Our bar serves anything from an old fashioned to local drafts and wine from right here in Virginia. We also serve signature drinks created by our very own mixologists.
